About the event
We are pleased to invite you to an interactive and collaborative event hosted by the Nevada County Equity and Inclusion Leadership Alliance (EILA).
This gathering of community leaders aims to inform you as our key community partners about EILA's work to-date, and create space for you to connect, reflect and share insights on our community's collective efforts toward a more diverse and welcoming Nevada County.
EILA formed in 2021 in response to local and national incidents of racism and hate, with the aim to share and implement best practices for inclusion within local community and public agencies (see information about our members HERE). More recently, EILA further explored our role in the community and engaged in a robust strategic planning initiative that we are pleased to share at this gathering.
